Join us for our Spring Break mission trip to Camp Chippewa in Ottawa, Kansas. Camp Chippewa is a camping and retreat center for the Kansas East Conference of the United Methodist Church. The camp is short on staff, limited in funding, and in need of much volunteer work. Sounds like a job for K-State Wesley for sure! We’ll take five days to work and serve the camp over Spring Break. We will be doing anything from construction, repairs, mending fences, cleaning, office work, or anything else that needs done.
We will be leaving from Manhattan on Saturday in a caravan. There is an option for you drive your own car so we can head for home on Wednesday. Camp Chippewa is only 1 hour from Topeka and about 1.5 hours from Kansas City and Wichita. Come spend part of your Spring Break with us on a “mission from God” to Camp Chippewa.
